You have 2 days from delivery to confirm the item or report a problem. The seller is only paid after that window closes. The protection fee is 5% of your basket plus 1.28 AED, once per checkout, capped at 4 AED.

Buying second-hand from a stranger usually means meeting in a car park and hoping. FitCheck sits in the middle of every order, holds nothing itself, and does not let the two of you message at all.

When does FitCheck launch?
We’re launching in the UAE soon. Join the waitlist and you’ll be the first to know the moment the app goes live, plus early access before everyone else.
How does Buyer Protection work?
When you buy, your payment is held securely rather than going straight to the seller. After your item is delivered you have 2 days to confirm it’s as described or report a problem. Only then is the seller paid, so you’re never out of pocket for an item that doesn’t show up or isn’t right.
What does it cost to sell?
Listing is completely free. When your item sells, a Service Charge of 2 AED plus 10% of the item price, with a minimum of 7 AED per item, is deducted from your payout, and that’s the only fee you pay as a seller. Buyers pay the item price, delivery, and a Buyer Protection Fee, which is always shown at checkout before payment.
How is shipping handled?
Delivery is a flat 22 AED door to door across the Emirates, or 42 AED to an Aramex remote area, and the buyer pays it. Sellers ship through our integrated courier, so when something sells, just schedule a pickup and we handle the rest.
Is it safe? What can’t I sell?
Yes. Payments are processed securely, accounts are verified, and Buyer Protection covers every order. Counterfeits, replicas and prohibited items are banned and blocked automatically. FitCheck is for genuine, pre-loved fashion only.
